After breakfast at your accommodation, we will start our 6-day desert tour from Agadir to Fes at around 8:00 am. in the morning and we will head towards Marrakech. We will start by exploring the heart of Marrakech, one of the country's imperial cities, also known as the "Red City" for its sandstone buildings. With your local guide, you will visit the most famous historical sites, museums and colorful souks or markets of the Medina, including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace and the Jardin Majorelle, a botanical garden that combines Art Deco and Moorish elements.

You will have time for lunch. Then continue your sightseeing tour of Marrakech. Stroll through the center of the Medina, the main square Djemaa El-Fna, and enjoy the street theater with snake charmers, musicians, acrobats, storytellers and magicians. In the evening, you will have time to enjoy the sunset overlooking the exciting Djemaa El Fna square from the terrace of a restaurant. Enjoy your dinner and accommodation in a hotel or riad.

 Nach dem Frühstück starten wir unsere Tour und fahren durch die Atlaspässe. Unterwegs machen wir Stopps, um die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Atlasgebirge und den Tizi N’tichka-Pass (2260 m) zu genießen. Wir erreichen das kleine Berberdorf Telouet und besichtigen die Kasbah von Telouet, die im 18. und 19. Jahrhundert für die mächtige Familie El Glaoui erbaut wurde. Die Telouet Kasbah ist ein seltener Anblick. Die mit farbenfrohen Mosaiken und rotem Stuck geschmückte Kasbah lag strategisch günstig an der Karawanenroute.

 Machen Sie dort eine Mittagspause in einem lokalen Restaurant. Später fahren wir durch das beeindruckende Ounila-Tal in die Stadt Ouarzazate und passieren Berberdörfer, um die alte Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou zu erreichen. After breakfast, we will start our journey from Ouarzazate, known as the “gateway to the desert”, to Merzouga. We will stop to discover the beautiful architecture of the Kasbah Taourirte in the city of Ouarzazate. After that, we will drive along the road of a thousand Kasbahs, through the Valley of Roses, the Dades Valley and the Todra Valley. We will enjoy the green views full of palm groves and almond trees.

Later, we reached the Todra Gorges, a cold and natural place with orange cliffs. The Todra Canyons are almost 300 meters deep. It is also a popular place for climbers and we will take the time to discover this incredible place. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey towards the Sahara, passing through many Berber villages such as Tinjdad, Melaab and Erfoud. We will have free time for lunch before reaching the magical land of sand dunes. Dinner and overnight at the hotel/riad in Merzouga.

After breakfast, we will start our journey through the sand dunes of Erg-Chebbi. We will explore many interesting places in the area such as Merzouga Lake (which is not always filled with water) to see the bird species (ducks and flamingos) that come to live in this lake, especially in spring. We will visit Khamliya village where you will hear African music (Gnawa) played by people originally from Black Africa. We will then continue our off-road desert tour into the black desert behind the sand dunes of Erg-Chebbi. We will visit an abandoned village where functional mineral fossils are found and then continue to visit a nomadic Berber family and gain an insight into their way of life.

We will return to Khamliya to have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will start the adventure of a camel ride through the beautiful and unique orange sand dunes to the desert camp. The great experience of letting your soul unwind and enjoying the wonderful sunset in the middle of the dunes. Dinner and overnight stay are in the camp, music is played and you can have fun on the sand dunes under millions of stars.

Today we recommend you to get up early and climb the sand dunes to see the beautiful sunrise. After breakfast and a shower at the camp, you will ride the camel back to the village of Merzouga. On the way back you will be able to admire the unique beauty of the spectacular sand dunes of Erg-Chebbi. Travel to Rissani where we will stroll through the famous, traditional and largest market in the area and discover local products and handicrafts. The best time to visit Rissani is on one of the following days: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. These three days are market days, so good days for people from the desert area who want to shop.

We then continue our way through the villages of Erfoud and Aoufous and reach the Ziz Valley in the town of Errachidia. It is a magnificent valley and we will definitely stop to enjoy the green oasis with its thousands of palm trees. Afterwards we continue to Midelt via Errachidia and the plateau of the middle pass of Tizi N’talghoumte (1907 m), dinner and overnight stay in a hotel in Midelt.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave Midelt and continue our journey through the Middle Atlas to Fez where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains. Next, we will stop at the cedar forest where you can see the Barbary macaques. Then we will continue to the city of Ifrane, known as the "Switzerland of Morocco" where we can stay for a moment. After that, we will continue to Fez, the oldest city in Morocco. At the end of our 6 days desert tour from Agadir to Fes and our services, we will drop you off at your riad, hotel or airport in Fes.
